the meat sold in grocerey stores is inspected by food inspectors and "deemed safe", same with fish. one could have any meat product inspected and "deemed safe" if they felt like paying for it. the eggs are the same way, a farmer could potentially sell eggs anywhere, if they were able to pay for regular inspection and certification. no steak tartar here, and isnt carpaccio a deli-meat? most of those are full of perservatives to keep them "safe". milk is pasturized.... shall i continue?

the meat sold in grocerey stores is inspected by food inspectors and "deemed safe", same with fish. one could have any meat product inspected and "deemed safe" if they felt like paying for it. the eggs are the same way, a farmer could potentially sell eggs anywhere, if they were able to pay for regular inspection and certification. no steak tartar here, and isnt carpaccio a deli-meat? most of those are full of perservatives to keep them "safe". milk is pasturized.... shall i continue?
