Wake Up Lahore is better title because it serves as Personalised statement rather than general statement of Wake up Pakistan.
There are too many programmes which can be seen as wake up Pakistan.
Wake up Lahore/Wake up Karachi etc etc good titles because they make the issue personal to the audience.
