@oldschoolbitch nope! it's the voice of the son of a close friend of him. He was boy when his voice was recorded.. I read it in Scar tissue. Or elsewhere I don' remember, anyway I'm pretty sure it's not Toni. Still the best song of the album, the intro is awesome, the texture is experimental and contrast with the pureness of the child's voice.
