if you actually listen to the song you can hear that the song has nothing to do with "Cancer" at all. It's saying that people are walking cancers. As in we waste what we're given and destroy everything we come in contact with. I've never seen Sweeney Todd, but I know for SURE that this song doesn't have anything to do with Cancer.
