That was stupidly hilarious. At first I was expecting a boring video that would ramble on and on about something so unfunnny that I'd laugh anyway. Well...I was right. Keep making those videos, and be proud because no one else would ever make them. They are funny :)

You're reading too much into it. If anything, the brain bit was a setup for him to ask about other organs. Brilliant twist! The writing and acting from BAB's vids are better and funnier than most sitcoms, which makes props a lot less necessary.
