Very easily. You can assign a length of track to a certain height, and so it'll stay there permanently, even when you move land, just as I did with Henry and the snowdrift.

I know, I've actually discovered that I can get Thomas content onto my copy of Trainz, and I've been trying to get the SD123 models, but so far I can only see the tenders. It's a start, I suppose.
