Beh, potresti dirmi a quale minuto dell'esibizione non sta "dentro la musica"? A me sembra l'armonia fatta uomo...

Perdonate, ma, in almeno 3 occasioni, Javier perde il ritmo, si ritrova in ritardo, s'affretta per recuperare.

Non è sempre dentro la milonga, dove dovrebbe trovarsi.

Javier, indiscutibilmente un virtuoso della tecnica, a mio parere, troppo spesso perde di vista tutto ciò che sta appena al di fuori della propria esecuzione squisitamente tecnica, ivi compresa la musica.

Jeraldine è una meraviglia. L'incarnazione in donna di tecnica, passione, eleganza, sensualità, generosità.

Ci vuole coraggio a criticare la tecnica di Javier e questa esibizione "passata alla storia", i piccoli dettagli tecnici di ritmo di tempo, naturali e concepibili in un brano veloce come Reliquias Portena diventano impercettibili davanti alla maestria interpretativa e all'affiatamento di questa coppia passata alla storia.

Coraggio? Non ho espresso mica una opinione, ho constatato la realtà. J. non è mica una divinità, è un umano come tutti e quindi può incorrere in errori. Il fatto che la milonga sia particolarmente difficoltosa non lo esime mica dall'obbligo di restare "dentro" la musica. Anzi, forse proprio dalla sua classe ci si attenderebbe sempre performances di livello eccelso. Infine, ma è solo un parere, la sua "egocentrica" tecnica mostra qualche lacuna in quanto a cuore e generosità.

i have watched and rewatched this clip more than any other, probably a hundred times (if not more). i never tire of it...and what more, with each and every viewing i still find myself at the edge of my seat. it is impossible to say in words what it evokes in my being... only, i know i feel excited, happy, inspired.... and a little bit sad... to behold beauty- however fragile and ephemeral. it all breaks my heart and heals me all at once.
