Tornadoes and Very High Winds/Rain/Lightning 5/23/08

Its scary when there's a tornado warning at night cause you can't see it or any debris to know where it is. I realise you all had to find shelter, but am I wrong to say that if there was a tornado that the car wash could have potentially acted like a wind tunnel?

Just a couple of comments ... #1- The bird was probably terrified and having the "Storm Chasers" in it's place of refuge was a causative factor in it's flying out in a storm ... #2- Any time a "Storm Chaser" mentions "Life Threatening" I have to roll my eyes. (for the record: "Life Threatening" implies that you were actually in some danger ... if you were in danger it was by choice) ... I have some additional comments but why bother ?

man we where out at chenney me and a couple of friends fishing when that storm hit us we where like a half mile away from our car.I was not fun other than we caught 4 really nice wipers lol kansas for life
