u should not pledge sororities or frats out loud or online if ur not in one. if a person from the soror or frat, was to hear u or see what u posted it could make them not want to let u pledge. ppl talk and word gets around. just advice 4rm me.
Because that's a personal decision and it should remain that way. Besides, its really not up to you, its up to the organization/chapter and to say that you "will" be something is disrespectful because it doesn't take into account the sacrifices others made to become one, or show respect to those who are one

well i'm an AKA and I have homegirls in different orgs, Zetas and Deltas, yea we poke fun at each other, but at the end of the day its always nothing but love because we're all greek and have love for our orgs and for the work we do and that's what really matters. Some people take it to that next level, but thats not everyone. And no matter what you do in life there will always be people who dont understand or who chose to compete rather than cooporate.

what i dont understand as black females we are already against many odds...why when most people join these organizations, there is always hatred? i wanted to be in a sorority, but after experiencing the hate and the ugliness that goes on..im not too sure anymore. i dont want to be apart of something that the main focus is proving whose "prettier" or more "owt" and "classier"
Why is there so much hating goin on towards these organizations? I love em all, I would join at my college if they were accepting memebers. We all should be so lucky to have them at pur schools, while ppl hate on them. I wish they were at my college.
