No there hasn't. This is easily the greatest American film ever made. It should be the first thing aspiring film students watch in any American film school. No gimmicks, no computers, just superb acting, writing, editing and cinematography.

Precisely. My all-time favorite for those reasons and the fact that I'm a child of the 1960s and it is the quintessential American film of that era.

@cavaleer I'm pleased to see that  many a movie has been filmed in the bay area. Especially here in Oakland. That's where this scene was filmed. The above Bus scene shows a GM TDH 5301 Bus that I used to ride all throughout my childhood in Oakland.
