Everytime I Listen to this... The episode that immediately comes to my mind is that one where Sano and his crazy friend which uses bombs.. Try to blow up the government's building... Its just sooo bad ass and the song pops up at the exact moment to make the scene perfect...

I think both da43ed and SKClouD are correct. It's used in the Izu arc and when sanosuke and his Sekihoutai friend attack the Internal Affairs building and end up confronting Kenshin.
