you got luckier than me i broke the ball off of my left humerus on my 144sx so now my arm is all jacked up and six months later it still doesnt go straight above my head. i broke my sub frame destroyed my scotts steering stabilizer broke my left radiator and my chain was a little loose so it hit the clutch cover broke that and stripped a screw out of the case on my 3rd trip with the bike it cost me another 2,750 bucks to get it fixed KTM ALL THE WAY!!!!!

it all depends on ur surgeon.i shattered my radial head and had to hav it replaced but i regained full movement and have no pain but it took about 6-8 months. they put me in one of those moveable braces so u can adjust the amount of bending because i think that helped a lot.but give it time

i dunno if i will need an op, its borderline, bad fracture but not 'that' bad.

sounds like you had a lot done but a good surgeon too, glad to hear you recovered so well.

I have a 144sx aswell, thinking about going upto the 250sx (not sxf!!) next year, ktm's are very reliable, mine has about 30 hours on it and it starts first kick EVERY time, nasty crash you had i never broke anything but i've always just rode for fun

i havent raced it against a 250f yet but am racing it this season.i can only compare it to my old yzf and would say the ktm definetly won.these have a more explosive power than the 250f which i love about it and these things handle so well its hard to believe and just rip through corners.

to anyone who doesnt think ktm's are reliable take a look at this bike i crashed it bad shattered my radial head in my elbow an got a hairline fracture in my other and only bent the subframe and broke and replaced my throttle.i start it every day and change the oil regularly and havent had a problem.
