Ohhh it works!!! Thanks a lot for your help n.n!!!
Oh i cant get a 600ohm:600ohm impedance transformer for interfacing the tone to the phone line, but i was found other way to interfacing it, whit a transistor and 2 capacitors. it´s very simple but works fine n.n!!!
Ohh!! Thanks a lot for your help!!! now i understand.,,, Amm in your program... How is your secuence for dialing a number?? For example...... If i want to dial 8112345 Is correct if i do this?: 1.- Set High the "Enable BIT". 2.- Send the data corresponding to the number 8 to the port 3.- Set low the "Enable Bit" 4.- Delay of 200 ms 5.-Set high the "Enable Bit" 6.- Send the data corresponding to the number 1 to the port 7.-Set Low "ENable Bit" 8.-Delay of 200 ms.
@Darkdragonmillon I'm guessing you mean an alarm system With a telephone dialer.
Well, I haven't really researched this type of system so I dont know whats on the market. I just got straight into building my own because I knew what I wanted it to do.
I have been planning to expland it, but haven't got around to it YET.
I lost all the info for this circuit.
I can tell you though, i use a HOLTEK 9200B DTMF Generator to make the tones.
Find the data sheet, most of the info is in there.
And just google phone circuits on how to hook it up. you need a 600:600 ohm ac impedance transformer too.

@vargshagrath yes this looks right.
I can't remember exactly.
The timing diagram in the datasheet make it very clear.

Hi!! I like your prooject!!. One cuestion.
how i can send the dtmf tone to the phone line?,
in others words, Which Interface did you used?. To conect the pin "TONE OUT" with the phone line?
vargshagrath 1 year ago
@vargshagrath You need to couple it through an isolation tranformer.
Find a schematic that uses a 600ohm:600ohm impedance transformer.

Naa I dont mind.
If you have any questions just ask.

nice bud.. jesus here i am getting confused with my bits and gates unit in Comp Sci and you are building this stuff..

HI,
Interesting the only thing I can see what wouldstop the signal going out is if some one cut your phone line.
I have just finished building a Land line cut detector you may like to have a look at it.
I often use the Cell phone net works to build most of my ideas

What if you pick up your phone when its ringing?
famen2 2 years ago
nothing much happens.
But i want to develope this system further so that you will be able to pick up the phone and control a variety of things via a DTMF receiver.
Dont ask me when that will happen.
Though I'll be sure to post a video when it does.
Jake.

hi dear, it is very intersting and very nice work, and working perfactly,
could u please help me, i have problem with my circuit

dude any improvements in the project u were doing? u told u were working on improving this circuit.. reply
dhruva5star 2 years ago
yeah i'll get a round to it.
bit busy with other things lately.
I'll post a video of it when i make it.

hi i checke ur website but there was nothing regarding this projcect.
i would really appreciate if u help me with the circuit and coding.
thanks
