She said "LIGHTS" because at the part where she does her solo dance at 1:06 the lights are supposed to turn off and only lights that are on are the ones on her body with her costume.

I don't think she fired anyone because this was the FIRST show of the tour. A lot of things went wrong including her hair messing up during Crazy in love, they also did another set list so it was an inevitable mistake. The guy corrected it at the end so I doubt she'd recruit a whole new person.
