This is a band, and a the kind of tunes I miss a lot! Altough I am not too fan of their lastest albums, the first ones I like them very very much. Knowing I will be criticized, some of their early tunes reminded me the type of music The Smiths produced. (fyi The Smiths is my #1 band ever)

Modern boys is on the U.S. version of dog man star, i disagree with point three on this hollywoof life i think its a good aggresive guitar song with great use of distortion and feedback just before the album changes it's tone and mood at the end, i love dog man star, however if i had to give one the chop it would be this song.

On 'Suede' every song is a masterpiece, but on 'Dog Man Star' there's a couple tunes I dislike; This Hollywood Life and Modern Boys. The rest are very good but not all masterworks. That said both are albums that continue to inspire me.

not to be an arse but Modern boys isn't on dms. so there's only 1 song u dislike..my opinion is that dms is a great work of art whereas suede is simply a great album. arseyness aside both albums kick many an arse.I cant believe someone has given you a thumbs down for expressing an opinion..

No comparto tu opinion y conozco a los dos grupos.... hehe.....Dog man star es un disco increíble, yo fui un fanatico de suede cuando salio el disco, y los fui a ver en su gira dog man star en barcelona.
