Congratulations! Execution your will dirty terrarium. However, there is beautiful mums such question this red object. What it such? And that you have made that it so basis callously, if have not been fallen they after taking out these red balloons slot?
@graphicphoenix No sorry. I dont have enough money to make a bunch of tanks in advance for a show. Plus no one is even interested in buying this tank, so I'll probably loose money on it.
I enjoyed building my dessert tank for my beardy who is sadly no longer with me but they are easy fun and a simple design is often the best great job by the way and great rock selection
@fluffypandah Haha they did look like tomatoes eh! Next time im using those long ones that they make ballons animals out of. They will make nice long and deep caves
It's a very nice concept but wouldn't most anything besides maybe tarantulas you put in there need regular cleanings that would disrupt the beautiful iwagumi, and may burrow under the erect rocks and possibly kill themselves?
@TheWallaceGrover Any tank with a reptile needs cleaning. Its actually fun pushing the sand and small stones around, so whoever gets this tank will probably enjoy it also. The large rocks sit in their positions from their own weight, so even without the sand they wont fall over.
@knglee3rd Nothing actually. I made this to experiment and increase interest inmy work. I will be selling it locally and hopefully getting more custom tank orders in the future.
@jgrimmier ok I will look there that is a beautiful cage I really think you should build one for yourself and I think you should also ship cages because ya it would be like 100 bucks but people pay like 500 to get cages by design shipped and yours are just like theirs on a smaller scale
I am as well curious as to what substrate was used to sculpt the base. Is it Zoo med Excavator? If so, I sorta want to use it now. It has both good and bad reviews, so....
That looks amazing. Is the first material you used the Zoomed Excavator? If so how did you enjoy working with it? I thought about getting to to sculpt a dessert tank for my leopard geckos, and I've gotten mixed reviews on it.
@xXxGaara63 Nothing actually. I made this to experiment and increase interest in my work. I will be selling it locally and hopefully getting more custom tank orders in the future. It could be used for any small desert creature though. Its only 15 gallons.
Work of sheer beauty... simply stunning!
