It is damn clear that is studio trickery, Dave Padden didnt overdubbed his vocals much, but Jeff Waters remade them all on studio, just check Jeff's lips while singing the songs...

And for those that would argue that Venom didn't create Black Metal, the demo for the song Black Metal was originally released in 1979. The Big 4 were the first to take the thrashy sound Venom created and perfect it.
