To be honest I didn't find your video because I was searching for the topic but because I was looking for some audio material recorded by a Rode NTG 2. Great sound btw! As you are also using a xlr to 3.5mm adapter it would help me a lot if you told me WHICH adapter exactly you used ;) (because the audio sounds pretty nice without any buzz/hum)
I'm exactly in the same position haha. I'm a highschool student who loves his hv30 so I was looking up videos on the Rode mics. I accidentally came across this and now I'm learning so much from gary vaynerchuk.
