At the time of the recording my friend Stefan Frank prepared for a recital at "La Madeleine" where he played the whole 3rd organ symphony by Louis Vierne and the "Trois Danses" by Jehan Alain!

I love Vierne's 3rd, especially the intermezzo and the final! Some of the finest organ music around in my opinion comes from Vierne's pen.
