its such a freakin disapointing box,

i paid 20 pounds extra for a cheap card board case, with a few pictures, then more pictures, then a mini cd which was "handpicked" by the composer himself.

you have to be very delicate with the box, when i brought it home it was already creased.

final fantasy x had came with a dvd which had behind the scenes and it wasn't even a special/limited edition, it was just plain normal.

This game will never receive a GOTY edition, so they made a Collector's Edition for people who will actually pay for a massive price increase for just a few posters, artwork and sample CD which encourages you to spend more money on the full CD!

@devonruinsc Final Fantasy XIII is only on one disc on PS3 because the entire game which is 32GB can fit onto a single 50GB PS3  Blu-ray disc. The Xbox 360 version has been compressed to 18GB so it would fit on 3 DVD discs which are 6GB each.

@willfredo14 dont buy a 360. honestly, it sucks. thegraphics are obiosly worse. you have to pay to play online and it has no internet. the ps3 has all the good games like metal gear, uncharted, and final fantasy 14, 13 versus. honestly, i aint lying but final fantasy13 for 360 doesnt look so good. the 360 doesnt deliver 1080p. if you dont believe me search for it on youtube.

@yourtwistedable Not starting a fan boy war, but your wrong on many different instances. The 360 version of this game looks amazing! However, the ps3 version does look better. But saying it doesnt look good is far from the truth. The 360 does in fact deliver 1080p. The 360 boasts its xbox-only shooters, like Halo and Gears of War. While I do really wish I had a PS3 for FF versus 13 (it looks jizztastic) I would not trade my xbox for it. And in my opinion 14 doesnt look very good at all.

While the PS3 version runs at a proper 720p resolution during gameplay and proper 1080p during FMV sequences. PS3 version of Final Fantasy XIII is better.

@haruhitsugara The graphics are the same more or less, but the PS3 version looks sharper only because of the resolution. That is also because the US PS3 version of FFXIII is the exact copy of the one in Japan. There isn't even a 360 version in Japan, so when they brought it to the US, they had to basically start the 360 version from scratch, and the PS3 version was just translated. Those are the ONLY differences in the two versions of the game. So it is very fair in my opinion...

The XBOX 360 runs at a lower resolution, for me eyes it is a pretty significant drop in resolution.

The quality of the cutscenes also isn't that great on the XBOX 360 version.

But I own both, and they are both special edition's, I love this game so much.
