I have good rhythm as a musician, so every time I play this I get a jackpot or directly next to it, but I found the wheel of fortune ones always skipping the jackpot... I even tried landing on the one after it and before it... it just landed on there. So are these ones rigged?
That's why you are smart and don't play games that give tickets. At least unless you know you can get at least more than 15 cents back. Chuck E. Cheese is awesome because every ticket is worth 1 cent right? I play games spend 25 cents and get up to 5 dollars back.
funny story time :D i was at my friends party (i was only one thye were low on money could only afford oen friend) and went to arcade last we were playing wheel of fortune he got spin we only got 40 tickets im like forget this lets go to that big one it was liek this giant one and when u hit the button a ball drops from a tube and falls into holes (it cost 4 tokens i spent 20 bucks for like 120 tokens) and wiht our last 4 tokens it fell i nthe jackpot and we got like 2K tickets :P

I've played a similar game to this and it's just a cse of timing albeit very precise timing. the version i played had a single jackpot that started at 100 for 25c a double jackpot that started at 200 for 50c or a triple jackpot that started at 300 for 75c i spent about 10 bucks on that machine and only won about 80 tickets constantly missing the jackpot by 1 space.

i did that and when i won the tickets were on the card i was using and when i went back it was still counting down from 1000
