i love this conversation. ive leaned some much about myself through this conversation. this conversation is a metaphorical conversation between our free will, and the illuminati
@TheQwertyRoll Thank you so much! I thought it was fitting when I first wrote it. I suppose I could have tightened up a few things to make it less distracting, but hey, that's what practice is for! Thanks again.
This is the question that has always bugged me from philosophical and religious POV. "CHOICE"
If you already know what I am going to do how can I make a Choice?
On the similar note if God is all knowing existing outside the 'time' since God created 'time' too. How can I make the choice? Is choice an illusion? And what is the purpose of life? In the move Agent smith is always talking about the purpose. In reality what the heck is the purpose of life?
@iam007richie I'd love to chat about this with you. Not enough people care about such things. They'd rather just... do, what they've always done, and be done with it.
Choice requires knowledge of the beginning and the end; it is driven by desire, not of the moment, but of the self; it is governed by emotion, but it is not ruled by it; and finds itself through perception, which is derived from experience, and manifests as reason.
@iam007richie Between information, misinformation, education, miseducation, the ensuing ignorance of blind compliance, powerlessness and hopelessness, lies tradition, ritual, and habit.
Then... there is choice.
Unrelenting, unwavering, uncompromising.
Definitely not for the faint of heart, the narrow-minded, nor the weak-willed.
It's one hell of a ride.
You'll find out... just how blissful ignorance truly is, once you've transcended it.
@jbell0385 Thanks for your comment! Yeah, the scene was tricky, but that was one of the reasons I chose it. Dialogue scenes are particularly difficult for the reason you just pointed out. It's difficult to make it work and still color the scene. If I'm gonna get any better at them, though, I have to try!

I think you did a great job with the music, actually! Kind of lost it in the end, but overall it was fitting. Thanks for uploading!

Reason... or justification, that is your choice.

@FreeFlowingJuices Agree with you bud. Ignorance truly is bliss unless you have all the power you can't do anything but ignore and move on

Sorry, nice try, but in my opinion the music didn't work. Felt like it was forced into the dialogue
