My seventy year old mother bought herself a Fila Brasileiro a few weeks ago as a guard dog! It weighs 70-80 kg when fully grown. Can you imagine a seventy year old has to buy herself a monster on four legs so that she can "enjoy" the rest of her retirement in the Sunny New Bloody South-Africa! It makes me very sad!

This Kabwe decision was in contravention of Protocol one of 1977 of the Geneva Convention, that the ANC in 1949 undertook to follow. In 1949, the ANC undertook to only attack 'hard' targets or the SA security forces. Article 1.52(1) and 57 of this undertaking is relevant here.
