Cool video! so how s your advice and proper upwind body drag techinique?? what do you recommend doing !? Thanks in advance!

@rogerbaidon Thank you! Keep the kite low and make like superman with one arm pointing in the direction you want to go and the other controlling the bar. Make longer tacks rather than trying to go directly up wind. When you change direction bring the kite overhead in a controlled manner while kicking like in the backstroke. I like bright colored boards that are easier to see. Also you want to note where the board is in relation to a land mark and know what the tides are doing.
