  • Its a Cole World

  • Yea switzerland!

  • Welcome To FENERBAHCE ÜLKER..

  • welcome to fenerbahce big defender

  • type "short guy dunks" in the youtube search box to see a 5ft 5in guy dunking a 10ft hoop

  • He is an excellent defender.

  • he's a pretty efficient player offensively, he just needs to take more shots and have some plays drawn for him

  • hej god eftermiddag

  • click on my page to see OKC THUNDER THABO SEFOLOSHA's brother in studio performance!! his artist name is ENIGMA (real name Kgomotso Sefolosha) and he can kick it for real (french rap) !! you'll see Thabo in the background of the video........the song is the intro of its free mixtape "En Haut 2 L'Affiche Vol. 1" which will be available soon

  • Thabo is a great player. He was in the NBA All Defensive 2nd team this year.

  • he's from the same city than I am in switzerland, it makes me kinda proud^^

  • It seems like Chicago has a bad habit of letting good players go. I know they've had more talent than they know what to do with lately, and they're surely gonna be a team on the rise, but seriously....taking injuries out of the equation and strictly going by skills, talent, and playmaking ability.....what if Chicago still had Tyson Chandler, Ben Gordon, and Thabo Sefolosha? I bet they would be much better. But I guess we were lucky that the Bulls didn't want Sef. He's an OKC assassin now.

  • @ad287, Tyson Chandler is garbage and I think Ben Gordon more than proved this season that he was not worth the money he was demanding. Thabo is the only one I wish we still had. He's a great defensive presence. But I am definitely glad the other two you mentioned are gone.

  • great defense

  • hes coming to cleveland

  • WTF he just got traded to Oklahoma city

  • he will stay in okc for 4 more years.

  • I'm a bulls fan and I'm really bummed that Thabo will not be part of the team's bright future. He is a tenacious perimeter defender and a maximum-effort player. He developed a bad habit of taking lousy jumpshots towards the end of his run here, but I feel like better coaching could have fixed that. The Thunder are very lucky to have him.

  • this kid is going up there!

  • thabo iz like looking for camron

once a year he have a good game

and once a year camron is spotted

But when he shows up he iz raw

  • i saw him a few weeks ago in switzerland.

he was surrounded by MAAAANY girls

  • Rose/Thabo are gonna be a sick backcourt combo on O and D

  • the captain of the swiss national team coached me on the nike swiss allstar basketball camp. his name Valentin Wegmann

  • sorry wilson swiss allstar basketball camp

  • you right, but everybody wants to see Rose, he might be their golden ticket like Jordan was.

  • Switzerland ROCKS =)

  • I'm a fan of thabo, but when I watch him he passes up too many open shots, he needs more confidence and he'll be a great player.

  • thabo's doing really good right now. when he first played this season, i though he played like shit and shouldve been sent down to the d-league. right now though, im happy they kept him on the active roster. he has real potential to be a shutdown player and develop a decent offensive game.

  • Same can be said for alot of Bulls this season.

  • stop hatin. thabolosha killed against miami 17 pts. 6 reb. 2 assists and 2 steals in 28 minutes. i'm tellin you this boi iz a balla!

  • of course i'm a bastard. i get that a lot when i completely prove people wrong. if thabo were half as good as you people say he is, 1) he'd be getting loads of playing time, and 2) the bulls wouldn't be one of the worst teams in the league

  • ahahah you need a month to understand what people say.. damned you're so clever!!

are you just jealous of what he's doing? even if he's not no1 in NBA, he's successful, almost more than you..

I'm patient, he'll show everybody, don't worry! and on that day, I'll call you back you frustrated..

  • thats hilarious, isnt it. not quite. i didnt get a notification that you were talking about me because you started your own thing. So I didnt know u were taling about me. at least i have the balls to directly talk to people. now, back to our boy thabo. define success. what would be considered a success? becuz right now, i'd say a successful season for thabo is averaging 2 points a game and playing 5or6 minutes per contest. its hard to be patient and develop when you aren't even playing that much

  • what are these arguments? BULL SHIT

look at all these players that are as you could say sooooo good and don't make their team win (Wade, Arenas, Durant.. ) so for your second point, you can put it in your ass and concerning the first one it's just a question of coaching, not of potential.. know I mean? if you know BBall as well as you say, Scott Skiles doesnt't let a lot of time to young players, and give all his confidence to the "stars" that don't play that well..

  • hmm..when did i ever bring up arenas and durant? so much for your claim of my bullshit arguments. wade led the heat to the title 2 years ago, and arenas' team made the playoffs last year. lol. and for your thoughts on skiles and young players...don't gordon, deng, and tyrus all have less than 5 years experience? they've been playing the whole time during skiles' tenure. plus, thabo was in the rotation last year. inexperience isn't what lost him his spot; poor performances did

  • for your information, Tyrus has more than twice Thabo's play time, and not even more than he's efficiency, so calm down!!

  • jesus, way to completely miss the point. you fucking moron. i know it's his second year. idk if what i said was lost in translation or if you're just plain stupid. his minutes are DOWN this year compared to last year. HE IS PLAYING LESS MINUTES THAN LAST YEAR. HE HAS REGRESSED

  • and then it's only he's 2nd year, coming from europe, in a team which is build on guys how are there since 3-4years, and who can pretend to all-star.. so don't tell me it's just a question of being efficient.. even if Kirk is shooting 2 on 10 making 5TO Skiles will let him play just because it's Kirk and he's the PG of the Bulls, so don't tell me their's equality between all these players (between a swiss and one the american PG).. that's bullshit

  • im not a hinrich fan either, but he has some things thabo lacks. he's been in the system longer and he's a better defensive player. ive seen the highlight vids of thabo (its ignorant to have an opinion on something w/o doing research first). i know he's athletic. but the stuff he did overseas, he wont be able to do here. the athleticism in the states is a lot better than the euros (and i say that w/o trying to sound disrespectful; i'm just going by what europe has produced (peja, dirk, etc)

  • and just tell me what are these Wade Arenas Durant doing today.. just let me know please.. please!! NOTHING with 30 +min per game.. their team are just loosing! so dont' say to me what is playing well or not..

  • uhh, arenas averaged 30 points per game last year. wade has sat out the first 15 or so games. and durant is a rookie (almost the same exact situation as your boy thabo, except that durant's only 19 years old). plus, why are you expecting these teams to win? wade sat out the first 15 games, and seattle (durant's team) was terrible last year (which is how they picked him in the draft; bad season=high pick)

  • and I'm hilarious? ahahahah I didn't know that a man was making a team loose (..playing 20min), may be the coach should think about who he's giving his confidence!!

and you don't look like having played a lot..

you play a couple of minutes per game and when you play the best team at the moment.. you play a lot, you don't have confidence, you're not gonna have it during this game..

but I'm just waisting my time with ya fucking moron!!

continue like this, you're a world champion man!!

  • earlier on in our convo, you were saying that thabo would be more productive when given more playing time. judging by last night's stat line (against boston substitutes; thabo's not good enough to get in against the good players), thabo just puts up a whole lot of NOTHING when given extended playing time. come on dude, give up. youre supporting a player who averages 3 points a game, and a guy who shoots 30 PERCENT FROM THE FLOOR. no one's making him miss 7 out of 10 shots; that's all on thabo

  • ahahahah, look a bit to the influence of the players.. -14 for Hinrich, -23 for Gordon, -12 for Duhon and what can I see oh yes, Thabo (playing 5min, and better stats than Duhon who plays 20..) +6 damned... what's that the meaning of?

and don't tell me Hinrich is a better defensive player than Thabo.. please ;-)ahahahahah

  • wtf are you talking about. please tell me your +/- numbers aren't from some fantasy basketball website. and now skiles is fired. so if thabo fails to crack the rotation for the new coach (idk who it is yet), well then i think its fair for you to admit you're wrong. if he turns into an above average player (let's say 7 or 8 points per game), i'll admit i'm wrong. fair enough?

  • Just to state. The F---ing "hand-check" rules are new. It's came in around the 05-06 season. B4 that it's possible. But now, just forget it! I am hoping every second that David Stern would go together with Tim Donaghy. Because he brings the NBA into disrepute all the same! (Sorry but I just can't hate that stupid rules enough!)

  • I hope you are smart enough to understand there's a big diff between the playing level in Switzerland and NBA. Do you think Dirk came in straight away and became a 25 pt scorer that he is now?

Anyway, it's impossible to shut down anyone these days since David Stern established the stupid "hand-check" rules. It's meant to help players like Wade and Kobe. I have a feeling that the aforementioned rules DON'T exist internationally.

  • no, i don't think that, but it was obvious that dirk was different. is thabo a 7 footer w/ 3 point range? when dirk first came into the league (98-99), the game was dominated by traditional big men and athletic guards (i.e. young garnett and duncan; young vince carter; even allan houston was putting up numbers), so dirk was a new breed...i live in indy; i know full well it's possible to shut ppl down. ask ron artest. when he wasn't being a psycho, he was the best kept secret in the NBA

  • He just played 18 mins in his 1st ever playoff game! Thanks to Stern and his bullshit rules, it's impossible to keep a star scorer scoreless unless you seriously injure him. At least Bulls-Pistons went 6 games. Didn't the Heat got thrashed by 40pts the night they got their rings (not to forget a healthy D-Wade)?

Btw, Pedant's comment is plain bollocks. Baron Davis had 0 starts in 82 games & Kobe had only 6 starts in 71 games. Aren't they considered franchise players?

  • i'm not talking scoreless. but i mean, does 3 or 4 pts under their season avergae really qualify as 'shutting them down'? plus, wade shot 43 percent from that game. i'd say 'shutting him down' is idk, 35 or lower percent? (idk, just taking a guess)...

plus, kobe's age his rookie year: 18

    baron's age: 19

    thabo's age: 22

...yeah, he's still young, but how long has he been playing professionally? kobe went from high schooler's to the pros, and baron was only around at ucla for one year

  • i dont think old veterens have potential anymore buddy. people are right about thabo not getting a lot of of playing time. we will wait and see that happens this coming season if he gets the time he needs. for example this game, he got to play a lot and he shut down dwayne wade. d-wade could have done much more damage if chris duhon was guarding him. he was a key factor in chicago's win over miami.

  • OK, FOR THE LAST TIME, HE DIDN'T SHUT DOWN WADE. I ALREADY PUT THE STATS UP; IF HOLDING HIM 3 PTS UNDER HIS SEASON AVERAGE IS 'SHUTTING HIM DOWN' THEY YOU ARE ARE 'RETARDED'. AND IF THABO WERE THE CHOSEN ONE, WHY COULDN'T HE GET THEM PAST AN OBVIOUSLY WEAK DETROIT TEAM (how good can they possibly be when the cavs beat them)??? btw, you fucking moron. read my last comment. where do i ever state that veterans have potential. get some fucking eyeglasses. the word 'veteran' is not in there at all.

  • Bargnani plays 30min per game, thabo less than 10, then it's normal to be less influent.

thabo has Hinrich and Gordon before him, Bargnani nobody.

    don't compare what's not comparable...

  • tyleral45 the new specialist of bball...

come on,get down on the court to tell Thabo what to do please instead of staying in your chair.

then just know that most of the NBA coaches told that he could become the only one to stop Kobe James Carter and your sweet Wade...

to finish, I like the way the serie goes, and mostly the way it's gonna finish...

  • i do. i have my own bball stuff to worry about. yeah, i'm a high schooler. and define 'most of the NBA coaches'. produce idk, 10+ coaches that said that. and why would be you believe everything that comes out of coaches mouths? so you like the way the series went/finished? do you live in chicago/illinois/northern indiana (just curious)

  • high schooler, ok, sorry, I'm realy sorry, if I've known that I'd have shut up ... You're a master of BBall and coaches know less about you on BBall, you look so clever!

    which price would you have?

  • shut up, he doesn't even start. retards

  • Flawless logic, tyleral45. Every good player in the NBA started their rookie year. I can't think of one exception. You are a true basketball theorist, tyleral45. All players who do not start as rookies are not good, and moreover, never will be. And everyone who does not know this is, as you helpfully point out, a retard.

  • Flawless logic?

Remember Ben Gordon? The only player in NBA history who won the 6th man award in his rookie year?

Starting does not really have a big impact in a player's ability nor his future. What matters most is that the player has a big desire to win, and is willing to give more than his 100% for his team, even if he does not start.

Well, does that make me a retard? Think first before you comment like that.

  • Well, on Thabo, I think he will be a great player someday, he just needs maturity and experience. :-)

  • You are awesome at detecting sarcasm, aren't you?!

  • good one, i would let you have it, but martinleandro already did it for me. the difference between thabo and other good players that didn't start? they had potential, and thabo does not. wow, he shut down in injured wade. congrats. by the way, you seem to be a bulls fan; how's the pistons series going for ya? enjoying yourself?

  • Most rookies that are starters play for bottom tier teams. Thabo has the misfortune of playing for the 3rd best team in the East so starting is more difficult. There are only a few rookies this year that have played significant time in the playoffs. Only Bargnani and Farmar have played more minutes per game in the playoffs than Sefolosha and they're all done.

  • but bargnani and farmar also contributed to their respected teams. thabo? very little, if any. he is essentially bruce bowen, except more of a nonfactor on offense and not as good on defense

  • wow i should slap you. Thabo has to play behind captain kirk and BG7. thabo would kill farmar and bargnani. If he can shut down dwade then what makes you think he cant shut down some scrubs?

  • wow, i should slap you for being a fucking moron. dwyane wade finished w/ 21 pts on 7 of 16 shooting. that's just a tad under his season percentage, but not even close enough to be considered 'shutting him down'. plus, wade was hurt. that's like saying i've never lost a game of horse, but in reality i've only played against retards (such as yourself and juicyj711)

  • what makes me think he's so good, is that this player was in second french division less than 2 years ago, and that that man can still progress a lot more, just wait and you'll see...

for proof, check highlights of Suisse vs France game of last night... enjoy

  • and i'm sure that kwame brown looked good in high school, and he had loads of potential as well...as has every other draft butst. is thabo a bust? no, he wasn't taken that high; but don't play the potential card. and all players have potential, or they wouldn't be in the NBA

  • thabo doesnt get BARELY any time to play

and ur comparing him to bargani and farmar?

    fuckin pathetic

  • are shitting me? that's right, it's a terrible comparison. but i can't really think of any other players who actually play, yet doesn't contribute

  • @tyleral45 yeah he does

  • @tyleral45 he has been starting for the past 3 years, retard.

  • Just because your shoulder hurts, doesn't give you an excuse to force jump shots and turn the ball over.

  • Sefolosha is a defensiv monster!

  • Wade wasn't 100%, but Thabo still looked pretty good!
