It takes somebody with eyes wide open to see the world through its plethera of distractions. Illutions to mask the human spirit. I have seen many native people that I have considered wise follow the ways of the corporate greed. It hurts me to see it when it happens. Glad to know there are many who have not.

@slanelcla I know a lot of native people, relatives included, who have completely lost the connection to tradition, they are "unplugged" as it were, from the earth and it's reality. Now they are just like everyone, wanting name brand shoes and talking about the latest dvd releases. I feel like slapping them! They really do have the key in their possession, but they treat it like it's an embarassment. But we are out here, many of us, keeping the fires burning.

@Revolt1680 I grew up knocking on the doors on the reservation here. I met many of the spiritual leaders of the tribe and found them fasinating to talk to. Everything I have read about the indiginous peoples of North America, make me realize how simple and yet profoundly truthful so much of what was observed and practiced by them. It is hard to see the tribe get consumed with running the casino and the greed that ensues from that as well.

@slanelcla I agree about the greed. You know, I spent a lot of time in Mescalero. The Tribal Chairman at one time made a deal for $ to bury toxic waste on reservation land there, and a lot of children began to become sick with cancer. None of the native people were okay with it coming into their land, I remember being outraged, but politicians are politicians whether they're white or red. And money rules all. I never knew the place, everything looked the same, but that poison is there somewhere.

yes...it is sad to note how corporations are a non living entity that eats everything with out giving back to the life forces that feed it ( that being the human labor forces envolved in it`s mutations )

@clnmyjts There are a lot of companies that make a lot of money, but I don't know who owns them, or who is making the money. If the money just keeps going back into the corporation, who is it benefitting? For a couple of decades that has bothered me, that I didn't know why there was such a push for companies to become bigger and bigger, they seem to take on lives of their own.

@Revolt1680 there are board of directors that own blocks of coporations...dozens of businesses own by the same group of directors.. ( I honestly don`t they they know what is going on ) they just see the numbers in form of the money charts they review at the board meetings...( as long as it looks like a profit is come in their happy )

YES...they did & the grey don`t need money, they only take blood for their money to eat as food so that their life force energies can continue to exist..( I don`t think most people are ready to understand who they greys are & how they exist / & operate on earth & in the cosmos )

The money is flowed back into capital investments and projects to drive economic growth. The money does not stop moving. It is continually fueling economic growth and development, flowing from profit into capital investment--anothers profit--and then further profit from the new capital investment. A perpetual economic motion machine, so the the thought is. Growing bigger and more powerful, marginalizing further the non participants in the corporate entities.

@ilovemehself The people aren't benefitting much if at all. The just get the same recycled check every week while the pile of money the corporations have grow bigger and bigger. The common folk put their checks right back into the corporations only to receive it back after they've worked their 40 hours. We're pets! On our hamster wheels all day long!

@drlove76 And the things that the old leaders saw from the beginning of European contact is now becoming evident to all. What was once the ravings of an angry indian seems to make sense even to the patriot. I'm sure other countries have seen it for a long while.
