i play bass myself i think we have the same one. anyway someone was telling me with 6 strings if you tune differently it might cause the fretboard tension issues.

Did you use thicker strings for this song?

@gman4904 U mean neck tension issues. its not just with 6 strings. 4&5 stringers also can change tension if tuned differently. it can all be compensated for by adjusting the truss rod accordingly though.
