Marky formed "Apollyon Sun" with two of the Celtic Frost guys and released some material. Tommy is a producer as far as I know, Ron is out of business I understand. Too bad they disbanded, really technical, talented musicians. Check out the videos of "marclecomte" for Vetterli's guitars and "zodiakironfist" stuff to see what Ron played while doing the vocals...

it's so true. Broder is a great bassist with a hell awesome unique style of vocals. That three finger bass. I'm a guitarist and i usually think bass is just for shit guitar players, but ron broder is a brilliant bass player. He's keeping in toe with Tommy Vetterli! thats fucking good.

ok, i'm talking mostly about bass lines that simply recreate the same notes as the rhythm guitar, often at slower pace. Truely good bass players are hard to find, in a band situation, a lot of bass players to me just seem very boring and unimaginative. My cousin is really into bass, and he's incredibly talented, basically, a few bass players who just sit there and copy the guitar, ruin the image of good bass players.

Great stuff! Coroner knew what they were doing. Punishment for decadence and Mental vortex find their way into my cd player far too often and I'll tell ya - living in an apartment - my neighbours hates it. Full blast!!
