Yes, he absolutely did create a healthcare package. It was less than 100 pages in length, it did NOT establish countless czars, & yes, it did not do the state of Massachusetts any good. @jethess i admit i was one of the ones fooled by obama in 2008. but the reason that was, is because i was 1. ignorant to economics, any of the republican parties positions, and so many other stuff in gerneral. 2. because i was so busy with school i was 19 and in college and really just focused on homework and other things not as important (but i still am in college now i just work hard to stay active). Ive got to say I do not like obama but ever since i have looked into economics, im all Paul.
