falsetto is when there isnt complete vocal chord closure and sound breathy and doesnt have much power in it..when for example matt goes "degrrrrrrrrrraaaadddding us!!! that is not falsetto but rather mixed voice with head voice and chest voice. Another thing you will notice when singing with falsetto is you dont have as much sustain and run out of breath quicker then if you were to sing full or chest and head voice.

@MRK1990 you cannot be more wrong my friend . Firstly in plug in baby , there was no falsetto . It was controlled with head voice . And in supermassive it is all head voice and a slight mixed voice . dig your ears clean b4 you comment .

@clifvage Oh please, can we stop these stupid terminology debates. Head voice, falsetto, they can both mean completely different things depending on who you ask. If you're after terms that aren't confusing, go read Complete Vocal Technique, particularly the section called "neutral" which is what MattB uses for his highest notes.
