i think people who dump or harm animals are so evil , how would they feel if some one did the same to them. forget them throw them away. i think people who save animals are the best. angels of course. people who throw away animals. they have no quilt. or self reliance.
There is no excuse for dumping any animal. I am glad some one found these 3 kittens

This is the work my wife and I do along-side our normal work schedule..
Dumping of animals is becoming a more regular activity by people who just do not care..Fortunately these 3 little chaps are on the mend..
