The City of Chicago was blessed to have Maggie Daley. She was truly a woman that took an interest in shaping the beauty of Chicago. Richard Daley was fortunate to have a graceful, brave and loving wife. She will be missed by many.
The article a few weeks ago in the Tribune by Kass on Maggie and Richard caught my eye. I had to read it a few times. John wrote that one from the heart and mind.
I find it quite amusing that the Chicago tribune calls itself a paper that prides itself on being a "free speech advocate" yet it censors all of the comments on videos that people have strong opinions about... way to go douche bags, way to go... look up their review of "into the wild"... p.s. "F" BANK OF AMERICA!!!
The flowers do paint beautiful pictures and honor us as citizens of the City of Chicago as well as leave fantastic impressions with our visitors. This statement Maggie Daley said is so true. God Bless you Maggie Daley may you rest in peace in paradise.
