I always took the faster, body-heat producing one's to either just be "Rage Virus Victims" or, alternatively, ghouls (kind of like the ghouls from Warcraft III, or maybe WoW (I don't play the latter, so unsure)).

It depends. Undead zombie? It is reanimated by magical means, thus depending on the spell depends on whether it is warm blooded or not. I would give an upper hand to the cold blooded since it is usually reanimation of the limbs and not the vital organs.

Virus zombie? Fast ones: definitely warm blooded. Slow ones: Cold as ice.

at 26 sec into video it cuts and is replaced by a closer shot this is a fake and its easy to tell. take a 2nd look and you can tell when it cuts to a zoom view it doesnt even look like a real person. And the liquid coming out is mokst likely warm/hot water.
