He is very well. He gained 100 grams (a lot for a bird). He learned to step up. I ended up hooking him up with a gentleman who owns a large aviary just for grey's and he has made some new feathered friends and is very happy.
Pluck no more, Aloe Vera solutions, protein diet (eggs, chicken, meat, fish, nuts), a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, natural sun light may help with feather plucking.
The Missing Link and 100% Powdered Cuttlebone may help as well. Sprinkle it on his peanut butter toast every morning.
