  • My Dad was Tommy Loy (passed away in Oct. 2002) and he was part of this group when he attended SMU here in Dallas in the 50's. The banjo player is Ed Bernet, the trombone player is T.A.M. Mott - I'm not sure who the other musicians are but I can ask my Mom as she will know.

  • I went to school with Joe Ed Savage (banjo/guitar) in Dallas during the mid-50's.

    We were in a kid's stage band - "The Rebellaires". He died in Oklahoma in 1961

    in an oil company helicopter crash.

    Big loss - everyone liked him.
