Drunk Bus Driver

Back when I rode the bus (Which was back in like 2006. Wasn't THAT long ago.) the first rule on the rule list, posted at the front of the bus, was to sit down and stay seated when the bus is moving. It's a safety rule.  You know, in the rare chance you bus is ever involved in an accident, sitting down would decrease your chances of getting hurt really badly.

Driver may or may not be drunk, but I see several children not following school bus rules! Title should be "How NOT to behave on a school bus!" If they would have been seated they wouldn't have been thrown around as much. Driver should have pulled the bus over until the kids sat down! Not all school bus drivers allow this kind of behavior I assure you!

I don't see the problem with standing. I rode the bus 2.5 hours a day in Jr. high/ a year in high school and stood up/walked to another seat all the time.

The problem with standing is dangerous I drive a school bus. School bus accidents happen just depends on the right place and time. I had a family member who drove a bus and got hit standing still at 90 MPH in the rear. Standing and switching seats can result in a serious injury and not being seated right which could also cause to be paralyzed if something happens rules are in place for a reason by federal local and state laws.
