  • 2:46 "oooh I'm stiff, I'm stiff!, he groaned"...I LOL'D SO HARD! (no pun intended!)

  • It amazes me how in other stories, Henry is able to do it himself.

  • Surely Henry is strong enough to pull the express himself also amazes me how Sodor at this point was only run by four engines Gordon, James (even though not meant to be introduced till later) Thomas and Edward yet Sodor still demands new engines to this day

  • @93DOL The original stories took place in the late 1800s - Early 1900s. As the population grew, more engines were needed + the additions of Diesels.

  • why am i watching this?

  • Where his hat blew off and a goat ate it for tea!!! xD x x x

  • 1:20 Score!

  • Poop poop at henry?, what that mean?

  • @cameron67761 Whistle at Henry.

  • To we still see this tunnel in the CGI series?

  • 2:46

Henry: AAAAAWWW, I AM STIFF, I AM STIFF.

I'm sure you are, Henners. XD

  • @SegaMario LOL

  • Henry has returned to the rails! :D

  • I thought the music in the first two series was so much better than the later series. Henry's theme is awesome.

  • @nintendoalien479 like take a crap on him?

  • Edward was the only engine left? What about James?

  • @soulsface James hadn't been introduced yet.

  • @soulsface Or Thomas

  • @soulsface James didn't exist at that time in the storyline.

  • @soulsface probly means the only engene free. james is busy

  • The fat controller was quite rude in saying he never liked those big engines.

  • I don't remember Sir Topham Hatt being called the Fat controller. Was there a politically correct redub?

  • @Jabberwockybird

    Yes. The American version.

  • @Jabberwockybird For the American audiences. Thomas was aired in America on PBS, which is government-subsidized, and the powers that be at PBS decided that "Fat Controller" was offensive. So they called him by his actual name, "Sir Topham Hatt".

  • Coaches.... speaking?

  • At last! Gordon is pulling a long train! 6 coaches instead of 3 or 4!

  • @soulsface Actualy, 5. 3 composite, 2 brake coaches.

  • @soulsface 5 coaches

  • "oh I'm stiff, I'm stiff" he groaned.

  • Wow. 0:46 and 0:55 Gordon's wheel's are actually going backwards! Plus his eyes move at the speed of lightning at 2:02.

  • When the Fat Controller gave Henry a new coat of paint, Henry decided to be a blue engine like Edward and Gordon, and so he was until the events of "Troublesome Engines", when he switched back to green because people were getting him mixed up with Gordon.

  • Gordon: i'am going to poop poop at henry best line ever lol !!!

  • gordons going to poop at henry ?

  • lol i like how to fat controller apears out of nowhere whenever something happens lol xD

  • 3:49 Fail!

  • 1:38 Gordon's wheels got stuck

  • 5 coach express

    don`t see that alot

  • Aww, look at Edward's disappointed face when he can't move the coaches - and Henry's happy face when he gets out of the tunnel! So cute!

  • Why are their 2 brakes coaches?

  • 1:01 coachs chage position

  • Hm... Its weird, Ive seen both the US and UK version of this on youtube, and they are both different from the one I grew up with here in Canada xP

The version I grew up with is like a weird cross between the two. It has all the UK narrators and all the UK dialogue, but with some slight changes to the terms. For example, trucks were always called cars, and Sir Topham Hat was never called fat controller.

I guess they made some weird specialized UK version for Canadians xP

  • Actually Ringo did voice Season 1 and 2 for the US Version but then they had George Carlin do them.

  • Yeah, Ringo made special US versions that replaced some words and phrases. There isn't anything else changed. You probably saw Ringo's US episodes.

  • 3:40 LOL

  • what do u expect its narrated by ring star ofcourse is british u american asshole's

  • A goat ate a hat for tea? Man this is British

  • It's also for children

  • At 1.00 you notice that gordon passes the points, at 1:03 he's just past them, however at 1:31 he passes the points to send him into the siding but still gets into the siding.

  • James' appearance before his debut is a problem; according to the books he first appeared painted black and was painted red after his accident on his first day. But it does make sense that they couldn't change the model used for James when the series was first released.

  • They totally overlooked the pre-Breakdown Train absence of James and the change of colour, just as they overlooked Henry's temporary change to blue.

What bugged me though was that Toby bore a 7 even before becoming a Fat Controller's Engine.

  • So does Percy. He bears #6 in the "workshop"

  • thomas was so big to me in my young years xD but i only prefered the 1/2 season, im not that fond of the new engine

  • 1:20 i would have laughed too.

  • Edward fail lol

  • 1:58 When Edward Whistles He does it out of his cylinder cocks!

  • 3:41 best. few. seconds. ever.

  • im going to poop poop at henry lol

imagine if they took out at and put on

im going to poop poop on henry

    LMAO

  • What's weird is how when James appeared in the Sad Story of Henry, the engine is known only as the Red Engine (not James) because it's prior to James' arrival in Thomas and the Breakdown Train.

However this, Sad Story of Henry's part 2, James appears at the start, before James' arrival in Thomas and the Breakdown Train, and the Red Engine's appearance in the book for Sad Story of Henry was replaced by Thomas.

Yeah, I look too much into these things.

  • I Think that its just that they needed an engine there and they had the model or James built, even if he didnt appear in the story

  • the points at 1:33 have black plastic parts!

  • Small firebox? What a load of rubbish. Henrys is bigger than gordons.

  • @hornbytrainsets That's because Henry didn't get his new shape (along with a bigger firebox) during the Flying Kipper. It's obviously a big goof there.

  • it is..

  • watch 1:39; goof: gordon's small wheel jams!

  • wow, it did

  • whats a Ho switch?

  • The bad thing about this ep, is they show the HO switch too well when Gordon broke down.

  • The shows never been filmed in HO scale...

  • The newer one's

  • what did you think it was, it is part two

  • that could be part 2 of sad story of henry
