DOA has better graphics and more interactive stages. It is also more accessible, though mastering it requires skill and practice. SSF4 is more difficult. As for online, DOA lags significantly more than SSF4, which only seems to lag in the mini cutscenes before a fight, but never during a fight.

Overall, SSF4 3D is better.

But the Vita for me is just a PS3-Portable with enchanted portable gameplay and I already own a PS3 Slim and fact: PS3 will still get better games than Vita (I mean compare Uncharted 3 against the Vita release) So I think I better buy the 3DS cause I really love a lot the Nintendo games, Mario franchise and Zelda are really fun and good to me. Nintendo just know how to do things right, that's a fact!

I've seen a lot of videos of it and it looks great and haves surprising reviews and I like the idea of the Master Quest Bonus feature because I never had a chance to play it. But I'm really more anticipated for Super Mario 3DS, Kart and Star Fox remake good damn thing they didn't change the voice actors and the online looks fun. And I'm sure more cool games awaits it like a whole new Zelda, Paper Mario or an awesome Metroid for sure!
