  • actually that's not hard at all on a trumble track. During a layout, especially with that amount of height, I can easily catch things or even like read a sentence out of a book in mid air, it seriously isn't difficult, many people can do high layouts, the catching doesn't add anything, and she didn't even land, which makes it easier, lol, anyone can layout, catch something, and then flop.

  • Its a tumbling track, not a true trampoline, but yes, its basically just a long trampoline:) And yes, its VERY easy to do flips on one of these; not so easy on a floor though;)
