So strange! I saw the Virgin Mary and all I did was fall to the ground and cry into her robes as she just strokes the top of my head. I did this meditation about a year ago and it was the Virgin Mary who appeared as well.

I met a Guide the other night. He appeared to me as a shining, blindingly bright figure with a full, silvery beard. His Aura was not something I'd looked for (since I've never done this before) but I'd assume it was a sky-blue to cobalt shade of blue.
@ Liloumace I was very moved and my eyes teared up when I saw my brother's silouette at the end of the path. He passed away three and a half years ago and I think of him often. He showed up as my spirit guide all dressed in white. We spoke in a non verbal language and he let me know that all the troubles of this earthly life are only a test in the end.

@pieman6313 often it may seem like your imagining it but trust yourself. your thoughts are not really yours, they're sent to you by the greater conscious. don't worry about not doing it right.
@the1revenge well i never was able to see what my guide looked like :(. maybe i was NOT focuses enough. my eye was twitching for some reason though. i felt a little tingly on my whole body and i felt some pressure on my chest. it was weird. it is normal to feel tingly and have some pressure on your chest/heart?

I used to meditate every single day and i always met a Dolphin with a Tribal similar to a Tatoo on the head. It name was Delilah. Now, kinda sounds weird but, i never ever yeard the name "Delilah" before, i did not even know if that was actuall a name. However, i have some problems and i asked for help and Delilah comforted me that everything will be alright and such, and during the meditation tears were running. In the end of the Meditation, Delilah swims away and i wake up. Is that, "normal"?

I am not exactly sure if I got a clear picture of my guide, but I believe that she is an angel or some sort of goddess. Her face has angelic features, she has long gorgeous hair, auburn reddish color, she wears something of a white or luminescent dress that flows in the wind. She reminds me of an image I seen awhile back. Is my guide what I imagine her to be?
@DiiinoKitty Yes. your guide does not need to be the same gender....it may not even be the same species, it can be an alien, or a being of light...it does not matter whather it is a female/male....it may be androgynous as well...the important part is that you met her...she is your teacher...be grateful and listen to her...she speaks only truth.
I listen to this often. Today I listened in hopes that I will communicate with one whom I care about and I had said things last night which caused her grief and distress. I am hoping to relieve as much of that as possible and help her feel peace. May my inner guide or "wise self" be with me for that intention and desire.
oh my goodness how frustrating this was!!! she didn't leave any time at all to 'ask' any questions or hear any answers or really do anything she was suggesting in the meditation! She would say 'listen to the answer' and then go on talking! I just turned it off. This might have been a good effective tool but the reader needs to learn to BE QUIET
By the end i was sitting beside a tiger or lion i am not sure, he only felt comfortable... never spoke ... and we ended up sitting on top of a castle bricklayered spiral without any edge to stop us falling, i was only a child and all i could see was his back no face ... is this normal?

I couldn't figure out my guides name, but it started with an E. When I opened my eyes, I felt heavy, as from before I felt lighter. I couldn't really see them, but I had a feeling it was a man. At first i saw an old man and i got closer and closer until i saw his face and it looked like a tikki mask, square and with no visible outline just features. as he spoke i didn't hear anything but symbols that i couldn't recognise were flowing like a music sheet that was alive, does anyone have any interpretation of this,?

I saw my grandmother who passed away 3 years ago... Is this normal? Did anybody else meet a guide whom they knew? I asked her for advice, and she advised me to remain on the path i was on. When I asked her why we had fights sometimes when she was alive, she responded that it was because I am a very strong willed person.

when i asked her "have you got any advice for me?" she said no... im pretty confused and also when i asked her what day it is, she said Saturday when today is actually Friday...

I couldn't concentrate with this meditation, I found the girls visual commands really annoying and too frequent and disruptive.. I would've preferred if she would just be quiet and let my own imagination flow! him/her/her/him..why not just say them!?
I have tried this a couple of times and I do meditiation. It is too short. there is not enough time to relax into it and also there needs to be more soft music without talking.
Guided meditation in my experience is just what it says. A guide to help you to try it for yourself with whatever relaxing music you choose away from this video.
ive done this a few times now and still have not seen my guid but my brother said wen he did it he didnt end up on the beach he said he ended up in a dark place and also said he herd the sounds of flapping and he also said he saw a full moon but no moon light he asked if anyone was there and herd nothing but flapping....wat does it all mean?
i didnt get much out of this other than being relaxed. should i be doing this in the dark maybe? plus i live in the city so theres alot of noise from the street outside. anybody got any tips to help find my guide?
@lewisdm1991 Try and do it last thing at night or first thing in the morning when it's a bit quieter. I use headphones when i meditate so maybe you could try that?

I was the biggest skeptic in the world at one time and would argue with anyone about it. When I was 20- 25 years old you couldn't tell me that there wasn't anything I did not know, I knew EVERYTHING! THis is demonic. What the people are meeting are spiritual "demons". It's either God (Jesus Christ) or Satan. Think about it and when you meet someone in the Spirit ask him if he is of Jesus Christ.
@GaiaGold3 the guide is really just giving you suggestions of how your body should be...choose a position that is most relaxing to you...i just lie down flat on my back, arms to the side, or sometimes i sit in a comfy chair...as long as you're comfortable you can have a great meditation =)
me too, whenever i do the spirit guide meditation, i can never see him/her/it, but i can always talk to it and it has given me wisdom. idk, just keep doing, maybe one day we'll see it.

i never got a clear look at my guide. He never said who he was but for some reason i felt he was lord. I asked him if i would live a happy life but as he began to answer, the countdown started and i slowly started to float away. He garbbed me by my hand just in time to give me my answer. When he was finished, he let go at 0 and i opend my eyes..

U will. Write this stuff down and keep a journal, including your dreams and intuitions. Be patient! The results come in the preparation more than the experience.

Always pray for protection BEFORE you enter into anything of this sort. Ask God or your Higher Power for wisdom and clarity and protection and to cleanse your heart and mind b/f. If you're in a state of confusion or fear before, you will attract *darkness* and that isn't good.

my guide was very loving. He's wore a dark orange robe, he's a Buddhist monk. he had tan skin and he was very tall to me. his name is Cashibo. he told me to be still, when ever i have a problem to solve. it was quite emotional when we hugged each other. :)
I knew exactly who my guide was the moment I saw him. He was a man, late twenties to mid thirties, dark curly hair, dirty billowing white shirt. His eyes held infinite wisdom that seemed to be beyond his years. He was an old man in a young man's body. His shoulders were broad and his hands were strong. Mostly, he just smiled like he knew a secret that I was going to find out one day. He told me that I had to be myself.
It was nice but then the end was rushed... that's my perception.

Didn't help that when I was i a deep meditation and I was envisioning meeting someone, I heard my dog growl long and quietly outside, followed by noises around the house...I went from completely chilled to completely freaked in a matter of seconds!!!

I used to meditate every single day and i always met a Dolphin with a Tribal similar to a Tatoo on the head. It name was Delilah. Now, kinda sounds weird but, i never ever yeard the name "Delilah" before, i did not even know if that was actuall a name. However, i have some problems and i asked for help and Delilah comforted me that everything will be alright and such, and during the meditation tears were running. In the end of the Meditation, Delilah swims away and i wake up. Is that, "normal"?

I am not exactly sure if I got a clear picture of my guide, but I believe that she is an angel or some sort of goddess. Her face has angelic features, she has long gorgeous hair, auburn reddish color, she wears something of a white or luminescent dress that flows in the wind. She reminds me of an image I seen awhile back. Is my guide what I imagine her to be?

I listen to this often. Today I listened in hopes that I will communicate with one whom I care about and I had said things last night which caused her grief and distress. oh my goodness how frustrating this was!!! she didn't leave any time at all to 'ask' any questions or hear any answers or really do anything she was suggesting in the meditation! She would say 'listen to the answer' and then go on talking! I just turned it off. This might have been a good effective tool but the reader needs to learn to BE QUIET

By the end i was sitting beside a tiger or lion i am not sure, he only felt comfortable... never spoke ... and we ended up sitting on top of a castle bricklayered spiral without any edge to stop us falling, i was only a child and all i could see was his back no face ... is this normal?

I couldn't figure out my guides name, but it started with an E. When I opened my eyes, I felt heavy, as from before I felt lighter. I couldn't really see them, but I had a feeling it was a man. I remember asking something like how old are you and the answer I got was 451. Of course, all souls were here since the beginning, but maybe my guide could be physical. I dunno, but that's what the answer I got. I should try this more and more, to form a strong bond with my guide. thank you so much!

I have tried this a couple of times and I do meditiation. It is too short. there is not enough time to relax into it and also there needs to be more soft music without talking.
Guided meditation in my experience is just what it says. A guide to help you to try it for yourself with whatever relaxing music you choose away from this video.

I was the biggest skeptic in the world at one time and would argue with anyone about it. When I was 20- 25 years old you couldn't tell me that there wasn't anything I did not know, I knew EVERYTHING! i never got a clear look at my guide. He never said who he was but for some reason i felt he was lord. I asked him if i would live a happy life but as he began to answer, the countdown started and i slowly started to float away. He garbbed me by my hand just in time to give me my answer. When he was finished, he let go at 0 and i opend my eyes..

U will. Write this stuff down and keep a journal, including your dreams and intuitions. Be patient! The results come in the preparation more than the experience.

my guide was very loving. He's wore a dark orange robe, he's a Buddhist monk. he had tan skin and he was very tall to me. his name is Cashibo. he told me to be still, when ever i have a problem to solve. it was quite emotional when we hugged each other. :)

I knew exactly who my guide was the moment I saw him. He was a man, late twenties to mid thirties, dark curly hair, dirty billowing white shirt. His eyes held infinite wisdom that seemed to be beyond his years. He was an old man in a young man's body. His shoulders were broad and his hands were strong. Mostly, he just smiled like he knew a secret that I was going to find out one day. He told me that I had to be myself.
