I think I just bought the same engine. It's a TD20. Do you know anything about the water pump? does it pump out under water? I can't tell from your video.

@swallace226 25:1 with Evinrude or Mercury TC-W3 oil. Don't buy Walmart oil, etc.
Bout time I seen one running with a proper oil mix
