This work by Franck has been doing my soul good for many a year - intelligent but joyful. Symphonic Variations is a good candidate for more promotion, but it's not unknown by any means.

No es correcto hacer un comentario burlon que ponga en evidencia que en un sitio del Asia un director sajon conduzca una exquisita pieza de un belga y el pianista y la orquesta asiaticas lo hagan de manera sobresaliente. Hay que maravillarse de esta peculiar conjuncion Oeste-Este,porque la musica no conoce fronteras y mas bien es el pasaporte hacia un entendimiento global que tanta falta hace en este planeta convulsionado.
