CitiBank is not backing out of the stadium deal, as reported this morning... they need to return the bailout money. I hope Dennis will introduce legislation to break up the monopolies, revoke their corporate charters, eliminate loopholes, return to indexed income taxing policy, eliminate offshore banking, recall offshore accounts and/or confiscate total funds of those who refuse, stop speculation on unowned securities, and re-criminalize white-collar fraud.
