Honestly..I very much like Andrea's handling of this classic tune - her choices when varying the original melody; but wonder how amazing it MIGHT have been with some real JAZZ musicians - using more interesting chord choices - an upright bass and piano player who played something besides straight quarter note changes behind her. Nice job, Andrea. But the accompaniment doesn't equal your vocal chops.
Excellent job, Andrea! When I heard this song, I felt like I was in a big restaurant in a dinner time while you performed the song on the stage and everyone started dancing. :-)
@Nyoman1984 Can you see it as part of movie. I do want the Corrs to record and tour again yet Andrea has a marvelous screen friendly presence. She can play numerous parts some of which might be historic characters.
I'll be seeing you was brought out in 1938 and became an anthem for the English and American soldiers throughout World War Two. When I sing it from that perspective it's almost too hard to sing. Like every classic, it speaks in one era but is forever truthful. It is heartbreakingly relevant today. My friend Gavin Friday suggested I try this song. Andrea x
@andreacorrofficial I love your music, Andrea. I was 6 years (now I'm 17) when I saw the Unplugged in TV. I'm from Spain, and from Spain you have one of the most big fans of your music. You're so special, your music is one of the most beautiful in the world, and your voice is unique. I don't need other voices, your voice is sufficient for me. Don't stop never. I love you, Andrea, and I dream day after day to see you some day in Madrid, my city.
merci andréa! le ton est juste la voix bien posée ! cette chanson difficile à interpréter est superbe !
