@bigcree Its not a parody. Serco also run A4E and similar organisations which is using unemployed for slave labour placements. But they call it retraining and currently lasts up to two years. This new slave labour system may well cause further unemployment, and demands of competition may mean it will spread. Although Serco looks to want the monopoly on everything.
