Ive been a huge LP fan since they started, and i have to say this album is weak even being generous. Theres a handful of good songs and even those songs have weak parts in them id rather just skip. I really like Blackout and The catalyst though those are sick songs.

Sorry but i really didn't like the sound of this album. Its awesome to watch the making of any album but this really isn't my cup of tea.Linkin Park caught my attention because of their edgy lyrics, heavy riffs, and highly unique sound. While yes, change is good too much of it is bad. Not very often do you see band completely changing their style and its for good reason. Right now this music is hip hop. It would have been nice to see them expand what they had instead of changing completely

Linkin Park did a great job with this album. I love the difference. It reminds me of the load and reload albums Metallica made, I know it's off subject, but they both made albums that would show who the real fans are. GOD BLESS US EVERYONE!!!!

It's those of us who don't like to listen to a band play the same old shit for ten years and never adapt their sound that will really appreciate this album. It's THE BEST ONE THEY'VE DONE. I think it's fucked up how this album only has 3 stars on Amazon. It pisses me off how "fans" of a band can so easily turn their backs on them. Just like the fuckin' MetallicA thing. A Thousand Suns, IMO, is one of the best offerings by the Park to date. Every song is solid. I can't even tell you how many times I've listened to it from beginning to end. I've also been an LP fan since before Crawling even hit the damn radio stations. They didn't sell out, they challenged their listeners. :/ fail

With LP being the first band I got into, initially this album disappointed me, BUT after a while I decided to give it a chance, and it took some time (and I mean SOME time [ I didn't like this album much at all until last week]) and now I guess I've learned to appreciate it. It's not by any means my favorite album by then (I prefer Reanimation), but it's very good compared to some stuff I've heard this year. Some of the songs still dont strike me as hard as I would've liked but I like it anyway

They are stressed by the fact that they try to make music based on what we ''fans'' wants to make them sound like.
