The referees are more than pretty good in the NBA and people are satisfied with them, so am I. I'm just pointing out that sometimes their calls seem biased.

Besides, if you're not good at something doesn't mean you cannot complain about it. Without feedback there is no opportunity for improvement. That's why NBA is always allowing comments.
