Absolutely! Cats pick their humans and when they do they become incredibly loyal, devoted to you and will always want to be where you are.

I have a buddy myself and he is always close to me. Sadly, he was just diagnosed with cancer and I am heartbroken. :( Cats like him do not come around very often.

I would totally have to steal Henry if I were you.. man, he's so sweet. I've had a couple neighborhood cats climb up my balcony to visit, but they pretty much just had food on their minds. They'd knock on the glass to let me know they were there, and I'd always bring them a snack :)

There's an adult cat in my neighborhood that sometimes visits me. I'm not sure she's a stray -- healthy enough, fairly socialized, and seems to get enough to eat -- but if she has owners they don't take great care of her.

She's got some fleas. That's the one thing that makes me hesitate about letting her in. And since I'm going to get my own kitten soon, as an indoor cat, I am thinking I have to start closing off my home to the slightly shabby outdoor interloper. Kind of sad.
