Halifax -"" the people who give you extra" ...interest." I signed up for a credit card at 16.9%. Halifax arbitrarily increased it to 26.9% and applied this to the entire balance. Legalised theft in my view! I asked for a loan.. they offered 29.9% APR.

So, as well as spending silly amounts of money on a huge TV advertising campaign, the Halifax is using ALL of it's Savers' money to give THREE of them a whopping £100,000 every month.. giving away £3.6m a year instead of paying ALL their loyal savers a decent rate of interest?  Wake up people! You're being ripped off AND they are rubbing our noses in it. Disgraceful.
