Had this phone for a little while, I wouldn't recommend it. Camera stopped working and phone kept shutting down without reason. I wouldn't suggest trying this phone, it's not worth it.

Just a quick tip. You do not have to press the FN button every time you want a number. Press the FN button twice and it locks on. Press again and it unlocks.

umm actually when you want to type consecutive numbers, you just click function twice.

I have this phone, and I HATE IT! It always freezes, turns off by itself, loses network randomly all the time, cuts off my phonecalls, it's just a horrible phone overall.

this phone is good for texters. the keyboard is very nice. does not hold a charge very long. memory is pretty bad. overall, a waste of money.

i have an idea as to why you must press the hardware keys on the icon. notice how the keyboard takes up a lot of space on the phone, and theres not much room left for the other keys. what happens when you push that thin button, and you hit all other 3 buttons? i think it was specifically designed like that by pantech.

i had the matrix & it totally died on me..then i got this & i'm on my 2nd one..it's pretty easy to text & the buttons aren't really a problem...I'm stuck with phone for like half a year now. cept i don't see a problem with it besides the times i dropped it, & it's pretty simple to use.

um..1st of all the # problem...all u have to do is press FN twi till FN is underlined...stupid!...2nd ur phone is retarded i have the same exact one but mine saves its pictures on that part at 6:15...3rd your bery vory and bland and aren't very bright so i guess u and the phone have alot in common!

OMG...I had this phone for 2 years before i lost it...BEST PHONE EVER. Or at least I loved it anyways. I was really upset to learn they no longer sell it except for on a few online sites (as an unlocked phone). That I know of anyways. It is really really thin, the design is really sleek and attractive...BEST PHONE FOR TEXTING I COULD FIND...Great calling/web quality ....i cant think of a negative, but that's just me.

i have this phone and i love it! but i have one question...recently when i recieve a picture via text message i press download and it says connection error...when i first got the phone i didnt even have to press download when i got a picture it was just there!... can somebody help me or tell me if there is a button that will just rechange all your settings ( i might have accidently changed a setting)

no, unfortunately it does not.... and it isn't on the AT&T 3G network.... just the Edge network, so the web browsing really sucks.... but other than that, i love this phone.

Is there really no way to remove the "AT&T" logo from the center of the screen???

you can remove it, you just have to go to settings, display, welcome banner, and then just change it to what you want it to say or just remove it.

umm it doesn't say welcome banner all it has is  Shop Graphics, Main Screen ,Menu Type, Front Style, Greeting, Brightness, Backlight Timer
